A2A also possesses the institutional knowledge and operational competency to support Training Operations in the form of embedded Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Mobile Training Teams (MTTs). No matter the environment or threat conditions, A2A instructors employ a T.E.A.M. methodology toward instruction thus, we TRAIN for maximum proficiency in a communicative environment, EVALUATE our training with a focus on improving the content and approach of instruction, ASSESS the results of the evaluation introspectively and from the viewpoint of the student, then we MENTOR the student through the process of correcting deficiencies and improving their skills.

The process is a cycle designed to ensure we enrich the learning experience while achieving superior results. For New equipment Training (N.E.T) our instructors train personnel on each system in a classroom environment utilizing approved lesson plans that have been designed with a communicative orientation/approach. The students intuitively understand our integrated training approach and professional posture with regard to training all equipment as a result. Operational and other business processes are also a consideration taking into account the project oriented logistics, administrative and procedural requirements.

After successful completion of a given course personnel assigned to their forward deployed working location or CONUS are confident and ready to perform with knowledge of the capabilities of each system and sufficient project information to be a value added member of the team on the very first day. Critical elements of ongoing comprehensive training are the inherent technical proficiency development, professional development, equipment diversification and goal orientation of FSRs working in support of the mission.
