Our operations management staff consists of construction managers, operations managers and a project manager who collaborate with customer Field Managers, Market Area Managers and Construction managers to develop a tailored rapid solution that produces process diagram templates for our operational use amongst our crews during each phase of LTE upgrade our technicians work is checked for quality and fidelity the result is quality is built into the process instead of an after-thought.


When picking up Build of Materials (BoM) our personnel are ahead of schedule and possess the technical knowledge necessary to reconcile inventory lists and communicate shortages with ease and care for the equipment in accordance with industry standards and specification as to protect the material to be installed. Material is transported in safe and secure vehicles and have been properly secured with load and cargo straps as to prevent shift and damage during transportation.
Antenna preparation and testing is conducted in a sanitary and secured environment / distribution center to prevent the intrusion of foreign material and particles that may inhibit proper connectivity and communication in the future during installation and final testing.
During Site-Walks and pre-construction our Construction Manager, foremen and senior tower technicians (top-hands) utilize a detailed Survey document that mirrors the customer’s standard punch list. A2A ensures that during each site walk there is a mandatory climb to the top of the tower conducted to check for any potential issues that will be involved during construction and prepare the proper materials prior to construction start.
Through the use of a synchronized punch-survey document and mandating a 100% top to bottom survey we are conducting an assessment of the site taking into account the customers final evaluation of our work. Change Orders if any are rapidly identified and reported upon for approval mitigating ambiguities of authorized procedure or work on location.
Our operations and reporting from site to support office are fully automated allowing real-time review of photos and at key points of performance in the work schedule. Data, checklists, reports, photos, and requests for support are transmitted to the local support office real-time were logisticians and administrative personnel perform tandem quality reviews, fulfill material requests and ensure work is facilitated at all locations daily. The synchronization of effort on-site and back office support allow for an easily auditable process that ensures customer satisfaction.

Our programmatic Six Sigma infused approach during LTE upgrades takes into account the critical reporting requirements of all stakeholders ensuring from a communicative perspective all customer managers, quality professionals and facilitators are kept to date and informed of operations in the field. Daily Status Reports (DSRs) Weekly Status Reports (WSRs) and other documentation is streamlined and color-coded for ease of review and at-a-glance representation of status reporting for desk-side briefs and forwarding for busy executives and managers on the run.
Our Technicians our supported by a training curriculum taught by certified on-staff instructors who maintain a collaborative relationship with customer training personnel, mainstream industry certification schools for competent climber-tower safety and rescue certification and well known industry technical schools who specialize in wireless telecommunications training. Our technicians conduct safety harness checks prior to conducting any climb as well as complete Job Safety Analysis (JSA) prior to undertaking any tasks. A2A will never compromise safety for speed.
